The 5th International Symposium of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions (AACC) Secretariat for Research and Development (SRD) was successfully held in Seoul, Republic of Korea, from 25 to 28 August 2025. With the theme “Right to Privacy,” the symposium brought together justices, research officers, and staff from constitutional review bodies representing 17 AACC member institutions, fostering an exchange of ideas and comparative perspectives on the protection of privacy as a fundamental right in the modern era.
